Shipping Fees – For Orders less than AED 500.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the goods & for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds & exchanges on personal care goods once sold & dispatched.
If the products you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale, please ensure you notify us within 24 hours via email at email@example.com. In this case, we shall have the items fetched back from you & we will offer you an exchange or a full refund after we have received the returned products. If damaged or faulty products or products do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.
Rarely, we may split the delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
